Caregiver Support

You Are Not Alone in your Caregiving Journey!

Connect with others with similar journeys.  Support groups give you an opportunity to learn from one another, to share common experiences, to vent, cry, and laugh with one another.  Support Groups can help you feel more confident, informed, and in control of your life.  A support group is a gathering of people facing common issues to share what’s troubling them.  Through the sharing of experiences, they can offer support, encouragement, and comfort to the other group members, and receive the same in return.

Connections provides in-person and on-line support groups.  You choose which group best fits your time constraints and abilities. Call Connections Area Agency on Aging to have Zoom link sent to your e-mail.
